I’m selling and leaving California. Once sold, moving to Montana. If I change my screen name to Bill in Bozeman, I wonder if I lose my P&Y status on TBH?

The Realtor had a professional photographer take pictures for the MLS listing. Most were great. One night shot has the pool light on, and it looks green. Is there an easy way to make it look blue while not losing the reflections?

I saved the image file from the Realtor’s web site, and it’s small. I can ask for a higher resolution image if it can be done.

Yes, also have fun with it- Nancy Pelosi emerging from the water as a monster?

BTW- before the “make over’” the picture was taken where my 3d target was set up, and standing to the left of the house I had a 20 yard shot practicing for elk.

One and a half million dollars gets you a home like ours. Crazy real estate prices in the Bay area.

Thanks for the PS work. Our Realtor has contacted the firm that did the photography and post production to see what they can do. Right now he deleted it since there are other better pictures.

TBD on size of property. One side of me says go big, then I think about starting up my Pioneer 500 at 5F to plow out a long driveway- and the other side says smaller lot or a no maintenance/ mowing condo and build a workshop somewhere.

That's pretty good, but unrealistic. That shark has way too many teeth to be California compliant.

Maximum 10 teeth, and it would need to be registered as an assault fish. Plus in s lockef cage when being transported.
