Where to Find Hog Saddle and Tripod with Ball Mount

So I went shooting with one of my buddies this weekend and shot with his Hog Saddle. I don’t want to break the bank (stay under $200). Does anyone know where to find one similar?

Going to be tough since the pig saddle is about $135 by itself. This ball gets good reviews if you find a tripod without one.
