IF you know what you're doing when you make one. and still be just as quiet (more quiet, if you add weight to the slide of the m21, it's too light, so it blows open too soon and lets a lot of noise out of the ejection port, with the empty casing.

you can also add decent sights to the M21, get rid of the trigger's overtravel, and get 2" groups at 25 yds, from the sitting-braced firing position. 9" OAL, and 15 ozs, and if you know to hold shut the slide with your non-firing thumb, it can be BB gun quiet.
