Honestly, the thought of a suppressed pistol is cooler than the real deal. If you have a can in jail go ahead and put an mpx or the like on your list. I have one and it has not left the safe in two years. Can't holster, it is awkward to shoot and just not appealing for the way I shoot. I would rather have my short barreled rifles as primary and my pistol is unsuppresesd and comfortable on my side.

While I agree they are impractical for most situations, they are a lot of fun to hunt with.

I love hunting with my suppressed 10mm.
