Ruger logo vs. Imperial beer logo

At friends birthday party and bartender served me a wrong beer. Imperial beer from Mexico.

Logo is so familiar to Rugers logo.

Your thoughts?
BTW the Imperial beer is not bad.

Hank's is directly connected to the Ruger emblem because he owns and shoots Ruger single actions. Don't know about the beer......
