Here is my AAC 762-SD can/Ruger American Ranch host, with my neighbors nephew shooting 220gr /300BO Sig Sauer subs. This is a vid below.
How much quiet can it get?

For me since I'm not hunting terrorists the simpler/cheaper options have been great. I have an AAC Cyclone 30 cal and a Palmetto 223 can that are both tons of fun, minimal POI shift depending on the gun, and I use them on 300 BO, 6.8, 308, and 223. Couldn't be happier with them and really glad I didn't spend a lot more money to get quick release proprietary attachments or of the super expensive cans. Mine are quiet and do exactly what I want for hunting and not disturbing neighbors. I don't mind snugging them down after about every 60 rounds.

I'm looking at the getting one.
The ones I'm looking at are the Saker 7.62 or the Omega.

Mainly night hunting pigs for now with AR10 in .308
Of those 2 which is the better

I went with Silencerco Omega. Still playing the waiting game.

I found my notes on weight

              762SDN6 20.0 oz
              Saker 7.62 20.7 oz
              Omega 14.0 oz
              Hybrid 17.3 oz

To me having an extra 6 oz hanging off the end of barrel is a factor especially when stalking. I did order some flat endcaps for my Omegas to reduce length.

I would agree on the Omega. I would’ve gotten that instead of the Saker, but I needed to shoot 300RUM through it

Anyone have experience with the Sig Sauer SRD762 QD?

Saker if you're launching nukes through it, omega otherwise.

So many different options, go somewhere and hold them and see which weights you are ok with. Not a huge difference in sound I have heard in alot of the .30 cal suppressors. Assuming you will want a full auto can, but you can not go wrong with Sig imo.

Yes I have an love the sig suppressors. Also have the 5.56 qd and believe its one of the quietest ones on the market.

this is exactly what led me to the question, I went looking and of the one offered there I liked the Sig but it had not been mentioned here.

I just got mine in. I'm going to shoot with it this weekend for the first time. I'll report back! I went with the steel instead of titanium since it only weighed 1 more ounce.
