Just started my first AR build i have the lower and kit installed. I am looking to build a pistol style with 10.5 inch barrel. Looking to getting my buffer kit soon just reaching out to see what the best weight buffer is for this setup or even best buffer kit? I like the KAK industries buffer tube any info on it will be awesome.

I would call Spikes and ask what they recommend, since you will be running it stock.
You will probably want suppression eventually given a 10"bbl.Comment

My guess is since you are using an M16 BCG that a standard carbine buffer will be fine. Spikes may recommend their H2 buffer but since you won’t be running Suppressor I doubt you’ll need it.
I will agree with Outbreaker above though, 10.5” won’t be pleasant to shoot unsuppressed. Make sure you at the minimum install a flash can like a flaming pig or a linear comp like a levang to direct the blast forward rather than out and up like a brake or flash hider.
