Among manufacturers that make both (could swap you pitches on a same style nut) you probably have some options. I don't even own a 10 lol but that's what I found out.
Dude, thanks! This is all Spanish to me lol. I Absolutely love the AR platform but have no plans of going all in and learning the ends and outs. My AR-15 was relatively simple to "trick" out but the AR-10 and their lacking of mil spec add on's make it challenging.

Honestly AR-10s aren't that hard. Get a DPMS pattern one, and you'll have the majority of the aftermarket stuff. Get an armalite pattern one, and you'll have some aftermarket stuff. Get one that's neither...and you're basically SOL. I just wish DPMS would stop being babies and let people build to their gen2s.

Here is another option-
I have a 10 with a similar hand guard / gas block set up from the factory as you have.
For the short term (until I get around to free floating it) I was able to put a magpul stock on it to allow me to attach a picatiny rail on it so I can attach a red light for night use.
It took some whittling to get it to fit since they are made for a smaller 15 barrel nut, but it did and does work without affecting the factory accuracy.
They sell different sizes (carbine, mid and rifle length) so you need to make sure to get the right one - measure the length of your hand guard and match that length when buying.
here is the product-
Here is what it looks like now-
It's the one in the top of the pic.
