I've both ordered and gone there. I usually just make the drive and the wife and I then find a nice place to eat. Their service has always been excellent for me. I just recently bought a Bear Creek Arsenal barrel and gas block from them. The gas block wouldn't go on the barrel, not sure which one was out of spec. They replaced both no questions asked and offered to ship on their dime. I told them I would just head that way. They made sure the new gas block and barrel fit before I left the store.
