The best value for the money in the optics world this day in age is Meopta IMO. Not talking about their middle line stuff, but their top of the line stuff. Their high end stuff is on-par with the big three at costs a few hundred below the big 3.

Of course Schmidt-bender is up there optically as well, but they typically cost more than the big 3 and are significantly heavier. Not a good combo for those of us that care about weight and value.
