Which ones are the best? I am leaning toward the competition dies.

IMO, Whidden > Redding
I hand load at the range and use a Wilson NS w/ bushings and BS.
When cases are tight, I FL size with a Redding or Whidden bushing FL sizing die
Load 7 rds and shoot a 5 shot group. Take notes. Clean barrel. Load another 7 rds, rinse and repeat.
I use a Neil Jones powder measurer/thrower so no need to weigh charges, just record "clicks"

Depends on cartridge. I decided to follow your advice but my coming 260AI falls in their custom category which is 8-10 week lead after they receive fired brass. I don’t have that patience!

then buy a Newlon die blank ($69) and have your GS build your NS FL die with the chamber reamer
$88 get you a Wilson 260 AI micro bullet seater
