    Looking for Input...

Ok guys if you were rigging out a Thermal specific AR for hog shooting 200yds and in what caliber would you go with? My applications will be mostly hunting open wheat fields. I will be spotting and stalking within 100-200yds before shooting... I have a AR .223 with decent success but looking for a little more knockdown and would like to hear some diverse input please!!! Thanks in advance!!!

I have an ATN Thor on a sig 308 and love it (had to change the **** trigger though). I'd go with at least something in the 6.5 or larger for pigs in my opinion.

Spot n stalk, the large frame guns get heavy. I would go lighter, .300 is my first choice in a 9" barrel. After that, 6.5G or 6.8.

A large frame 6.5 CM with a 24" barrel will weigh almost double that of a short .300bo suppressed.
