    Suppressor Stuck

I’m shooting an silencerco omega on an ASR break and have been stuck on the break.

It’s happened before. Normally I can just let it cool and get it to budge. I’ve also had it where I had to pull out the propane torch and heat it up.

My question is there something I’m doing wrong? Is there something i can coat the asr or threads to help prevent the stick? It seems to be happening more often. Any suggestions would be great.

        An adapter BRAKE, perhaps?

You need a nice strap wrench, and you may need to back up your brake with a standard wrench to separate the two. If you’re worried about marring the finish on your can, you can wrap a rubber jar popper pad around it before the strap wrench.

In the future, add some copper rich anti sieze paste to your threads. It won’t break down under heat (it’s the same stuff you put on spark plug threads).

            A dead air Key-mo module.

Strap wrench? Soak in wd40 or kroil overnight. Use a wrench on the muzzle brake or flash hider Mount to keep it from breaking loose
