What magnification range are you wanting? Does 18x work?

          Here’s a Leupold VX-6HD 3-18x44mm with the FireDot Duplex for $1,245.00

Free shipping and no tax I do believe.

            Leupold VX 5 or 6.
            Nikon Monarch. Black X1000?
I'm still not sold on Vortex.
Get a 30MM tube if possible?

Probably 20x would be about it...

But you recommend Nikon? I'm curious as to why

Never owned anything more than a VX-2. Is the price difference worth it between the 3i and 5?

I can't tell any difference personally.

It surprises me that Sightron is not mentioned often on this site. I have Leupold's, Zeiss's, a Nikon and the Sightron is by far my favorite scope that I have ever shot.

You won’t see a lot of difference between the 2 and 3i. But you will notice quite a bit of difference between the 2 & 5. Primarily at dawn/dusk.

All scopes look good in the middle of the day.

Robert PM or text me. I may be able to help you with a VX6 if you aren’t opposed to buying used.

It will be worth a discussion.

Just bought a Vortex Diamondback BDC SF 4-12X42 but I liked my $100 (Academy brown box) 3-9X40 Nikon better. Gave the Diamondback to my 39 year old kid for Christmas instead of retuning it. He loves it! Winner, winner chicken dinner?
NEVER look out of a 30MM scope it will ruin you!
                              It's amazing the difference in 1" (25.4MM) and 1.18"(30MM). That's 18%? more "eyeball room."
At this time my fav-O-rite scope is a gloss black Leupold Vari-X IIc 3-9x40.
My next scope will be a 30MM tube Leupold.
Just sayin' to each his own?
Asking what manufactures scope you like best is like asking people what reticle do they like. Me? I don't like a "lit" reticle but some people love em'. Then you have red, green, yellow & ? colored recitals? When will the scope madness end................?
                              Just sayin', man!

Very true to each his own. Their 30mm scope are better in quality IMO so maybe try one of those one of these days?

I was curious on your experience with them.
