I have a green mountain barrel for my 10/22 in .22lr. It shoots nickel-quarter groups at 100 yds.

Not sure what you mean by Best,
But the Ruger American line is a pretty good rimfire.

My Marlin .17 HMR is crazy accurate out to 100 yards. It doesn’t have a threaded barrel though

I havent seen a 17 that doesn't shoot well regardless of brand. Even my NEF shoots ragged holes at 100

This is the one I have with a Sparrow .22 can on it. By far my favorite suppressed weapon that I have to shoot.

I had the savage I think 93r17sr, but it had the 16” threaded barrel. It was a tack drive. Ragged holes out to 100, with the wind right you shoot eggs out to 250. I think I only paid around $200 for it.
