    Need some advice

I have a gun that's been passed down twice. It's just an older savage blind mag. 110 in 243. By the time I got it it the barrel looked like a smooth bore shotgun. And it shot like one. I bought an er Shaw fluted barrel in 243. Shoots great but thinking of doing more but I don't know how i feel on making it awesome but not looking unrecognizable. Has anyone used a blue like cerakote that is high gloss

I have a couple shotguns that are black chrome and they are holding up real well, looks a lot like deep rich blueing but very tough and do not rust
