Wait, that couldn't be true because they are always telling everyone that they are snipers. I now try to avoid the area as much as possible for my own safety.
I think that's part of their training, like being a double agent or something. They say they're snipers so the general public thinks they aren't because who brags about that, right? But in reality, they make us think they aren't and that's exactly what they want us to think because they really are. Holy **** these guys are smart! By the way, drinking whiskey at 8:45 on a Wednesday morning is Ok, right guys?

I like to pre-dimple the primer with a small hammer and a small nail. Gives the firing pin a “head start”

I boil mine, so I can get them done in large batches.

They will "self anneal" upon firing. No need to do it prior.

              Yes, I'm kidding.

The crunch sound when seating a bullet is normal. You pull the bullet and add more powder. You're just making room. That's how the 6.5 cm gets 5000fps with a 160 jlk

I do this too but to be thorough, if the brass is still in tact (sometimes it isn't), we ARE supposed to to beat it out with a hammer and long piece of all-thread, correct? That's my method.

                  .

No. Stuff a live round in the muzzle and hit it with a hammer.

I found kerosene the best medium for boiling with a dash of B12 chemtool

A couple drops of Hoppe's #9 in each case just prior to seating bullet eliminates the need to ever clean your barrel

Nah man. Water. They don't give you H2O case capacity for no reason!! You're supposed to fill it up with water then feed the powder in. The water helps it settle gently as to not tear up the powder.

I like to use pistol powder in everything, it’s just easier. 296 Winchester powder really meters good and I typically charge first then seat primers. I dip my primers in Kroil before tapping them in place. Learned that from an Army sniper in academy.
