Then seriously consider a 22Dasher, especially since you reload

Load 5 grs. less powder than the 22-250AI with comparable speed and far greater accuracy. James Phillips shot several WR groups in the mid 2000's with his Bryant built, Rem 700 22Dasher, 5-shot group under 1" at 600 yds. The 6Dasher owns the current 600 yard WR ... 5-shots measuring .349"

If you reload, which I assume you do, 220 Swift. I have been shooting that caliber for 35+ years and while I have several varmint calibers in my safe that I enjoy shooting, when the varmint hunt is on and the safe opens, the Swift is always the rifle I grab.

I think you can’t go wrong with a 22 nosler in an AR platform.
Will do almost anything a 22-250 will do but in an AR platform for follow-up shots. Should be accurate enough for any varmint with factory ammo. With a bonded bullet hogs and deer should be no problem.

I have to many ar platform rifles really just looking for a bolt gun. I will look into the 22 nosler.

.220 swift. Love mine. It’s 3” high at 100 yards which gives it a zero of 300 yards. Deadly on on any varmint I see
