Here is the video I used for my first build. To install the pivot pin I use an allen wrench that was just about the same size as the pin. Used it to hold the detent in place then drove the allen key out with the pivot pin.
This is the same vid I used years ago on my first one, super cool dude, it seems, and explains things very well. Only thing not mentioned so far in this thread for tools is an ice cold beer! The best after work man project!
