    APR Barreled Actions Now Available

Just a head's up letting you guys know we will be offering barreled actions moving forward. We will be offering Curtis short actions with Muller Works, Bartlein or Hardy barrels in your choice of popular comp chamberings delivered in about a week. We plan on keeping inventory on hand for this deal to keep lead times super short.

This is the perfect deal for guys who like doing some of the build themselves, or for guys who don't want to wait the months it typically takes for all of the components to come in to start a custom build. You could grab a stock from the McMillan store, Manners, Stocky's, Redhawk, etc and a few small parts, bed it yourself and have a first class custom rifle inside of 2 weeks! Or drop it in one of the many chassis available and be up and running pronto.

We are just offering the short actions right now, and only in 308, 6mm or 6.5. We can certainly offer other options, but would ask that you call the shop to discuss lead times and availability of other cartridge choices. See attached link for details. https://aprifles.com/products/apr-co...rreled-actions

    Thanks,
    Robert

We do offer them in other actions now, just not on the Curtis. However, we should be receiving the first shipment of mag boltface short actions in a couple weeks and will be able to offer it on this deal when they come in.

This is by far my favorite cartridge. If you get Robert to make you one, let me know if you want help with starting loads. I would go with an 8 twist and .120 freebore. I also have an extra set of Redding dies if needed.

I just got mine built (8 twist, and .120 freebore) and am waiting for brass and whidden dies. I'd take starting loads if you got em (PM works for me).

Sounds like a great deal. Do you have any pics of a muller works marksman profile barrel? I’m trying to see how it compares to something like s Remington 700 varmint barrel.

Just a tad heavier than a Remy Sendero/Varmint contour.

This!! It's a step heavier than the sendero. Will finish at around .860 or so.

Any chance you'll be offering this deal in a 6.5 Saum 4s?

Good deal with some top components. The more I look at it the more I like the Curtis actions. Having a few 3 lug bolt guns makes you appreciate the short bolt lift on a smooth action.
