Need help with a Colt

I have what I believe to be a authentic 1860 colt army percussion civilian .44

I am considering selling it but want to make sure it is authentic and to see if anyone can help with that and value. I have looked at all sorts of info online but still can't come to a 100% conclusion

Looks like an 1862 police. But I'm not an expert.
