Have no idea on value but that's a great looking pistol.
Agreed, it's not mine unfortunately. Coworker received it in an estate, just trying to help him pin down a value on it. Seems they're all over the board on gunbroker.
So that's a third gen "New Frontier". Non-original grips hurts the value. Definitely no less than $1600, but I'd guess over $2000, though I'm no expert.

I just bought that same gun for $1695 then I had the stag grips put on for $400. That was the best deal I could find and I looked for quite a while. I then had it engraved as a gift for my father in law. I posted pics on here a few weeks back. Anyway, great gun. I'd be interested if he would like to sell.

No it's not a new frontier. It's a single action army. New frontier had adjustable sights.
Colt lists it as a New Frontier Single Action Army
What did I miss?? How did Colt list it as such??
The bbl would be market New Frontier...the bbl & box on yours is SAA only correct.
I've never seen a frontier without the adj sights like M16 mentions...I'm not very familiar with the frontier but does it have the same mechanics / clicks when turning the cylinder as the standard saa??
