How good (or bad) are the new Win M70 Featherweights?

Lots of good reviews on these. Are they as good as they say? Are they of quality build? Are they moa accurate? How's the trigger?

They're definitely a quality build and I'm SO happy Winny is finally back to a controlled feed action. The MOA trigger feels really good although I don't own one. I'm not a big featherweight fan because I don't like the whippey nature of those thin barrels. I'm more of a sporter or super grade guy. The featherweights are sure good looking, though. They're not all the same so shop around and find one with particularly good wood and uniform bluing; paying particular attention to the bolt, that it has the same look as the barrel. I don't think I'd buy one online because I'd want to inspect it first.

I think most of them would shoot MOA with the right load. Again, I think a heavier barrel contour would improve your odds of increased accuracy.

I;ve got one I've had for probably 15 years in .22-250 and it shoots MOA for 3 shots before the groups start to open up. But, since it is a "pigs only" rifle used at night at lighted feeders no problem. Only shot 3 times at pigs once---and killed all 3 of them.
