    Anyone hunt with a Sharps?

I'm thinking about picking one up in 45-70 hunt with. Just curious if anyone has hunted with one. I really want to pack one to Montana with me this year. Be fun mule deer hunt with.

A Single shot is in my blood too. I'm looking at how to get a 444 Sharps type made without costing me a mint.

Shilo sharps, out of Montana. No use spending money on an imitation. They build them to order, took about six months to get mine. Don't know what the wait period is now. Or what there stock is. Thought I had a picture of it on here but I guess I don't.
There is also c.sharps and they are out of Montana as well. This was my second choose.

My C. Sharps carbine 45-70 with the French gray receiver. My choice if all I want to see is hooves sticking up in the air after the shot.
