Reloading problem need help with

It actually takes quite a bit to stop that scraping. You have to completely break that edge, not just polish it. I used a very small diamond hone on the dremel. No need to pull the barrel, but it's a pain to clean everything up with it still installed. Round the point off of the 4 marked locations.

Are you sure it is making these scratches as it loads?

Load a round and then eject slowly and before the bullet gets past the barrel extension press on the brass keeping the bullet from contacting the extension. Try a couple of times to confirm.

My gun does this, since it was while ejecting it did not bother me
