Are they hunting in a private reserve in those vids? Some states if you're on a preserve (HF) the rules differ a lot.

YOUTUBE Frustrations

There are people caught every year due to Utube videos. If you email or call the Colorado game thief number, just tell them the title of the video. I promise you, they will follow up on it. It's a big PR thing with them now. They just recently busted 2 TV guys killing elk outside of the area of their permits. They were tipped off by people watching the videos, and nailed them for over 10,000 in fines.
