Go look for yourself. Like I said it's obvious to everyone but you and I'm not going to go dig it up for you if you haven't been paying attention since they announced this and started pushing it last January then that's on you.

Sean, it's not there. I have searched all over the place. They never said what you're saying they said.
I would love to have a suppressor, and call me cheap or stubborn, but I am not interested in paying the tax stamp fee and waiting several months for government approval and being placed on a list of more scrutinized civilian weapon owners. If the bill passed and it made the purchase process less of a hassle, I'll jump on board. Until then, its the principle of the matter more than a financial burden for me.
Here.
An possibly at least semi-retarded.
I mentioned on a previous thread that if HPA passes, then I would buy a silencer. If not then I won't, as I don't need one.

The fact that even well-supported legislation takes years to pass tells you how screwed the federal government is. It takes very little time to vote something out of committee and then vote on the floor. They should be able to vote on 50-100 bills a day, but they're too ****ed lazy and corrupt to take care of the people's business. I'm not talking about the HPA alone. It applies to a lot of common sense stuff. The fact of the matter is that congress is a confederacy of dunces.
ASA Knox Williams: "Williams said his confidence level that the HPA would be passed in the next Congress is "pretty high."
Adam Kraut: "While I think the American Suppressor Association has done a fantastic job in pushing for legislation to legalize silencers in various states, the manner in which it and Silencerco spoke of the HPA earlier this year was not the right approach. They led many of you to believe that this was a done deal, first 100 days and boom unregulated silencers."
Looking at the information and the way it was presented made it seem like hpa would pass this year in the 1st 100 days.
Apparently they were talking to people at SHOT show about the HPA passing by August. Majun that. Goes back to what I've been saying. Not dragging anybody's name through the mud. They mishandled this and they control the asa.
It is what it is. I support the HPA. I want it to pass myself. But this irrational approach by the ASA and its controlling members has not helped the industry or its customers.
