Question on e-filed form 1s

Do everyone get an electronic (stamp) to print out? Is there a way to get another copy via their site that anyone knows of? I cant find any emails other than the one that has the status changed from submitted to in process. I may call tomorrow if I cant find anything else on it.

Yes. Click on the "form 1".

Now where it says actions, there should be an eye icon. Click it.

Now at the top there should be a button that says "view form". Click that and it should download a pdf.

Thanks, still having issues. Not sure what is going on but i cant open or print it.

Emailed Atf late last night and got issue resolved this morning . Some error on their end with pdf generation.

A couple questions for you, since you have obviously done this...

When did you e-file your Form 1 (I assume it was before July 2016 because of 41f)?

Will the printed copy of the stamp be enough to keep you out of trouble if you were pulled over with the NFA weapon in the car, or do you have to wait for the paper copy?

^ yea filed 3/15 and was final on6/15 so only about 90 days back then . As far as paper copies i dont believe I will get one for this item but i use copies for my other items so this one shouldn't be any different.

They don't send you the original when you e-file. You just print copies. And I wouldn't carry around the originals for non-efiled stamps. If you lose it you have to request another one and wait for the gov't bureaucracy to get you one.
