Looking at coating or bluing some of my rifle builds. What is the best for durability, longevity and price? Seracoat, Duracoat which is the best in your opinion and why.

These will be guns that will be used in the field (moderate abuse).

If you're trying to keep the blued look, I'd say Parkerizing would be your best option.

If not, then cerakote over other coating applications. Onlything better is when you get into chemical processes that affect the metal, like nitriding, or ionbond, or getting another metal bonded to the surface.
