Has anyone tried the Cabela's Hellhound Thermal Weapon Sight by Armasight. I saw one today while at Cabelas and it looks nice just wondering.

It's made my armasight (Flir now), it's the same as their predator model. They work pretty good. When I used one we could detect around 600 yards and ID around 300 yards on a good night in an open field. If I remember correctly.
If you're looking at thermal in that price range, I'd definitely wait a little bit. A lot of new stuff revealed at shot show and pricing will be lower for some very good scopes.
