Really? I love the 6.5 Creedmoor the way it is. I have a 6.5x284 and 10 additional grains of powder only yields 75 fps more. The 6.5x284 has a longer barrel and kicks significantly more than my Creed.

The 6 Creedmoor will be available soon and that will be a very interesting cartridge.

You can get over 3000 with a 6.5X284 Norma with a 140. Standard 140 on a 6.5 Creed is 2700. So if your at 2925 with a Creed and a 140 you're hot loading the hell out of it.

Now B&C let me say, I don't care what any cal you shoot. That's a personal thing. If you like a Creed and it works for what you want get after it. I'm only speaking numbers and that's it. It's no different than bow brands when it gets down to it.

Oh I like it too nice light recoil rifle with good ammo selection. You should get a lot more than 75fps difference though something is off. This one is a much better hunting cartridge to me. Just personal preference though. Respectable fps with heavy for cal bullets and fit a short action and likely numbers coming from a shorter 24"ish barrel
