What's yalls thoughts on the DPMS LR6.5? I've been looking at it for minute but not sure about the ar platform. Never been an ar fan boy but I sure love my 556. I want a creedmooor for the distance, just not sure about the accuracy out of an ar platform for the distance.

I've got one in 260 Remington and after a trigger upgrade and gas block upgrade its a tack driver when I do my part. I hand load 140gr Hornady BTHP with h4350 and its shoots great out to 1000 yards. They are great guns heavy but very accurate I've shot 4" groups at 800 yards with mine. The creed would probably do better in a gas gun rather than the 260 due to shorter case lengths. -
