I have a custom 28 Nosler. I only shoot Factory ammo. Been shooting Nosler with good results. I just had 5 boxes of Hornady Ammo arrive this week. I really liked the ammo the rifle shot 1/4th MOA at a 100 yards. The ammo is loaded a bit hotter than the Nosler, I had very light pressure on the bolt after shots. Also the cost is around $44.00 a box. If you do go with the 28 Nosler, you just need to order you ammo in advance. At least several months, and keep plenty on hand.

That is a very encouraging report! Maybe the 28 N drought is actually over. For guys that roll their own, the 7-300WM is a great alternative. You’ll spend a little more on dies, but will save it right back on brass. It’s a really easy round to make, and really easy to tune.
