Finally going on a black bear hunt

I just sent my deposit for a black bear hunt in Idaho this September. I have been wanting to do this forever now. I plan on taking my Weatherby Accumark in 6.5-300 wby mag and my Dan Toelke Super D longbow. Which ever weapon I end up using to take a bear I don't care. Hope to be able to spot and stalk if it's possible. If bait ends up being the way to go that's what I will do.

New Mexico is over the counter and there are tons of bears. Out of state tags are very reasonable too.

Same with Idaho, hopefully both of us will success. I am down with bow or rifle. But if I get to choose between the two I would love to get within 20 yards and draw down on a bruin. But if I see a blonde bear 300 yards out over a canyon guess what I am doing.
