??What exactly happens when you get divorced? How can her name be removed from the trust, or another name added?

Property put in a trust while married and paid for with Community funds, is community property. It will be divided in the divorce decree.

I have amended several Trust and removed the ex-spouses from the trust.

So difficult to get a can.

Not "difficult", cut time consuming and expensive.

Took about 6 months to get the NFA stamp for my TB7, been waiting on approval on a Huntertown rimfire can since June.
