IMO, the 6Dasher is KING of 600/1000 yd shooting

several WR's shot with the Dasher

Rodney Wagner shot a 0.349″ five-shot group at 600 yards.

That smashes the existing 0.699″ IBS Light Gun Record

    Jim Richards - Ten shots… 1000 yards … 2.6872″.

    Shawn Broussard - 600 yard F-Open National Record with a 200-22x

Rodney was shooting the 6 Dasher at 600 and the 6.5X284 at 1000. Don't know if he is today or not. But he was the past summer.

Seems like most PRS shooters are shooting the 6mm creedmoor.

In your opinion, what's the advantage of the 6mm dasher over the 6mm creedmoor?

They're not. Go get with F Class leaders. As far as the Dasher. The inherent accuracy of that entire round is ridiculous . I read where one of the top guys was saying he went to the 6.5X284 at 1000 for the extra lack of wind drift. At 600 he shot the Dasher.

Not speaking for hunting in my reply obviously.

This was the article where I read about the PRS shooters.

This post reviews the rifle calibers and cartridges the top 100 shooters in the Precision Rifle Series used in 2015.

I have no doubt about that.

I would assume to punch pretty holes like that bullet construction would be a big factor. They a clean punches
