If you are Pasadena, I'd look at PrimaryArms.com. You can pick up from their store in Pearland. PSA works also.

Never dealt with them personally, but I've never read anything bad about them.

I'd find the least expensive A3 upper I could and buy it. There's really no difference in them.

I have never bought from them before but Whittaker Guns has Anderson stripped uppers on sale for 39.99 while supplies last. I just saw it on their site tonight.

Go to their web site. Even in store, you buy via their web site on their computers. I've bought a bunch of stuff from them.
