    aero precision AR15 lower???

are these worth anything? can pick one up for $100. may try my hand at building an AR, but i have never done so. so not real familiar with things.

$100 seems high to me. I think I remember them being a $75-90 enterprise. I would pay $100 for a Spike's or other known name brands. I don't have any personal experience with Aero and that's why I wouldn't pay $100 for one. I like to build them cheap though.

I've bought them before for less than $75 and have had no problems before building them out. You can buy a Spikes for $90-$95.

          As already stated that seems.

Is this from private individual or dealer? I might be willing to pay a little more for private purchase.

It is a private individual. not a dealer.

            new unused stripped lowers.

            Still high at $100?

Yes, they can usually be found in the $50-$75 range depending on manufacturer.

I've used 5 of them and never had a problem. $100 might not be bad, depending on what FFL fees are around you. But I don't think that I ever paid over $75 for one.

There pretty nice lowers but 100 might be high. I'd ship around a bit maybe check PSA or primary arms.

I think so. $80-$85 would be more in line for private sale. That's what I would be willing to give for one.

Aero Precision is good to go. I paid $90 for their Texas edition lower about 3 week ago.

Pay whatever you want for one, built many a rifle with them, 4 yrs ago was getting them bulk- 5 or 10 at time
For as low as $45. Recently seen them in the 80-100 range. Like everything else after shot show every yr prices increase 7% regardless.

ok. so it seems the census is that it is a little high at 100$, all in, for a private sale stripped AP lower.

But my next question is, if i can get it cheaper, do i have to pair it with an AP upper? Or could i pick up a PSA package to finish it off?

My goal is to build a cheaper AR than I can buy one of the Sporticals at Academy. Main use is rapid fire pig assassin. not competition or looks.

They are mil spec. So they work with any other mil spec parts.

                            So yes

Im a fan of Aero stuff. I built a sbr recently using mostly Aero parts that I purchased from my buddy who is an FFL in the Austin area. They used to make all the stuff for spikes until "management" had a falling out from what I understand. I cant remember exactly what I paid for the lower because I ordered the bulk of what I needed at once but Im with the guys above thinking the 80 dollar range seems right. Have fun with the build and KAP..
