Rock island MIG .22lr scope recommendation

I picked this gun up today and was looking to add a scope to it. Does anyone have recommendations on something that would be decent. No looking for anything to pricey because I snagged the gun for dirt cheap.

BSA Sweet 22. Decent enough for the money, and hold zero very well. Mine have been through 4 moves criss crossing the US and haven't missed a beat.

I was just checking those out. Are the turrets pretty accurate?

Yes Sir, they have been. One is on a Ruger 10/22, the other 2 are on twin Savage Mark II's for my boys. They are usually within 2 clicks of the turret, which is plenty to get sighted and verify before using that turret and ammo for small game killing/paper punching. If I switch ammo weights, I check my notes to be back on track, or just recheck at the range.
