Has anyone shot this barrel on their Thompson Center, and if so how was the accuracy.

Hard to say regarding accuracy in a T/C Encore due to all the variables. It has always relied on the individual firearm configuration - usually a N.H. manufactured barrel, on a frame with a tight hinge pin (oversized Bellm pin if necessary), and a correctly adjusted and/or tightened forearm, would produce decent (sometimes excellent) groups, in most chamberings. I've always found the 24" barrels to produce the best accuracy, and I've always avoided the 26" and 28" offerings. However, I will admit that for some reason, the .25-06 seemed to work extremely well (MOA accuracy... easily) in a 26" heavy N.H. barrel.
But now we throw post-S&W buyout manufactured frames and barrels into the mix. Quality has gone down. I've seen so many reports of incorrectly cut chambers, poor muzzle crowns, etc... that even if they started offering the barrels in 6.5 Creedmoor (or preferably, the .260 Remington), which they currently don't, I'd probably buy an aftermarket barrel from EABCO, MGM, or Bullberry instead.
All the best,
Glenn
