It really doesn't matter, they're all fine.

If you had to pick, 6.5 Creed has a huge amount of momentum right now, and the ballistics back it up. At this rate it'll be as ubiquitous as .243 in a few years.

Of those two I would choose .243, but 7mm08 or .308 would be an arguably better option for hunting bigger game

.270 and .308 are roughly equal in terms of recoil. The .308 can handle bigger bullets but pushes them slower than the .30-06. However it is available in short action rifles, making it easier to wield and cycle the bolt. I'd still go .270, its flat shooting and hard hitting, perfect for anchoring huge pigs and any deer in North America.

if you want larger than 25-06, just go with the 300 win mag.

243 is not allowed for big game in most western states and the 25.06 is. For that reason I would go with 25.06 if I had to choose between the 2.
