I'm searching for a scope for my RAP 6.5CM. I'm leaning toward the SWFA 10x, Bushnell Elite 10x, and Primary Arms 4-14 FFP. Is there another scope that I should look at in this price range? I want something with mil-dot and tactical turrets.

Is there a Vortex with those features for less than $1000 that I missed?

Sorry for the confusion. I was suggesting that I can't find a Vortex that meets my wants for less than $1000. I'm in the $300 range for what I'm looking to spend.
