Reloading recipes for Tikka T3 7mm Rem Mag

Just picked up a Tikka T3 Lite in 7MM Rem Mag and looking to shoot either 162 eld-x or 168 Berger VLD hunting. Gonna be my light long range rifle. Have read that the 1-9.5 twist has been able to stabilize these bullets surprisingly, but have not found any reloading recipe for these bullets in the Tikka gun.
Would like to know C.O.L. used in the Tikka too if info available. I'm used to seating the Berger long and up against the land, but not sure if that's gonna work in this gun since it's factory.

I doubt seriously you'll get a VLD out to the lands with the Tikka box Magazine. If that's where she shoots the best, I'd run it as a single shot and put a shell holder on the stock.

A load that was recommended on another site for the 7RM with a 168 Berger is H1000. I've loaded two 7's and that shot .5 or better.

I'm thinking same thing on the lands and magazine issues. I prefer to use the magazine so that's most likely what I'll be working off of.
