Help with finding a black bear hunt

Me and a buddy from work were wanting to go on a black bear hunt next year. We were wanting to spend between $1200-$2500. Spot and stalk would be nice. I don't want hounds because I wouldn't be able to keep up with them. I am not against baiting either. I also want to stay in the US.

Unfortunately I don't know anything about a black bear hunt but it sounds like a lot of fun. Hope you get some info to help book a hunt.
