They don’t make a left handed lower that I am aware of. They do make left ejection port uppers but they are not common. They make ambidextrous controls for lowers but you will have to buy them outside the standard lower parts kit.

left handed receivers

Bought two lefthanded upper receiver last month from Davidson defense, they came with the BCG, dust cover and forward assist. Less then two bills each.
