    5.56 Suppressor Calibers

Excuse the amateur question but are there any other CENTERFIRE calibers that I can shoot through my 5.56/223 can? 22-250, 22 Hornet, 220 Swift, 224 Weatherby Mag??? Anything I should be aware of that might damage my can? Thanks in advance!

The manufacturer can answer that. Sometimes magnum calibers aren't recommended but usually and caliber at or smaller than the 5.56 diameter will work.

Center fire calibers of .22 Diaz or less that burn the same powder charge weights as the .223.

Its the AAC M4-2000 if that helps.

Other guys in the know will chime in shortly but any 10" full auto rated can should handle a swift from a bolt...not saying it is recommended by the mfg & you do need confirmation before proceeding from my worthless two cents. Don't ruin your can without checking first.

I have a tac67 can rated for 22lr only I shoot with it with a 22mag from time to time...just saying an auto 5.56 out of ten inch bbl is gonna be dang robust!!

Thanks for the advice! I will definitely give AAC a shout before I shoot anything else out of my can. I am just kicking around getting another gun (can never have enough!) and would like a different caliber bolt action that I could suppress.
