Wanting to see if anyone had one and could look and see if they have a min/max load for .308 150 grain SST with IMR3031 and C.O.L. Thanks, loading it for my Howa 1500 with 20" heavy barrel.

That's kind of a fast powder for that bore and bullet weight. There's nothing in the Hornady book but http://www.hodgdonreloading.com has a listing of 40 to 43.5C for the 150gr Nosler BT which is a similar bullet. The COL listed in the Hornady book is 2.810".

IMR3031 can be a good powder for lighter bullets in a .308 case. It's finally what got me my favorite, go to load in my .243. I think it was the original extruded powder. Since Hornady doesn't have any load data for it with their bullet, start low and work up cautiously. Use the COAL for the Hornady bullet you're using. You're probably okay to about 43 grains give or take, but be really careful at and above that.
