    Citidel 1911 .45 acp full

Anyone here have one...just wondering about pros & cons any bad feedback.ive heard good things for the price so far. At the end of the day you get what you pay for. I always wanted a 1911 and this one is within price range

I'm not gonna knock it seeing that I've never had one but IMO I would save up a little more and get an entry level 1911 from Springfield, Kimber, Colt etc... Like you said you get what you pay for.

I've got the Rock Island 1911 bought it used. I've got 300+ rds through mine. Most of them being mag dumps at the with my baby brother Memorial Day.
He was shooting his new SR9 neither one of us had a malfunction.
I was using 1 Metalform and 1 Wilson Combat mag.

                The citadel/ria guns are solid.

heard rock islands and citadel were the same guns, and always heard great things about them. I wouldn't be hesitant to buy one if I was looking for an entry level 1911

I have the Citadel. ive run prolly 200 rounds of hp and ball ammo thru it with out problems. its a very good shooting pistol. the trigger is also very good. just bought it on a whim and now its my truck/ranch pistol.

Brother has one. Seems pretty solid for the money and it shoots good.

I have a compact Citadel & a buddy has a full size RIA. Citadel is RIA but, usually, just a tad nicer. I have a couple hundred rounds thru mine & he has at least 500rds thru his. Both have ran flawlessly.
