Long Range Shooting School

Anyone have any recommendations for a longe range shooting school in Texas?

First hand experience would be appreciated!

Looking for something that is a mix of classroom and real world shooting out to 1,000 yards. If there is one that is geared toward hunting scenarios that would be ideal.

Just looking to improve my skills!

There's a guy on another Texas forum that does it near D/FW. He does a day class @ his 800yd private range for about $350-400, I believe. Google FiremanJG & long range. Should get you some hits on how to get ahold of him.

I haven't been but it came recommended by a swat sniper friend. They also have a high angle shooting course. I've been looking at this course for mountain hunting

I like TacPro in Mingus. About an hour west of Fort Worth.

With work, I've attended the FBI sniper school, Houston PD DM school, and Rifles Only in Kingsville. You will learn more than you could ever imagine at Rifles Only... The best $$$ I ever spent to improve my shooting ability. You will not be disappointed.

Jacob Bynum at Rifles Only

He's one of the absolute best in the entire world. I've done a lot of long range shooting in and out of the military and Jacob has been the best training I've received.

Look at the PRS series and most of those top shooters have been in and out of RO

If you take a class let me know and Ill try and book one as well.
