1. Most people get the lower engraved and stamped before they even build it out. After waiting for your stamp, if you encounter a major flaw in the lower that makes it unusable or undesirable, you're screwed. Andersons have a significantly higher QC failure rate than most other AR lowers.
2. If your SBRed lower breaks, again, you're screwed out of that $200 and the time it took to wait for the stamp. Plus there is more ATF paperwork to file about the destruction. I can't say for sure that Andersons fail more than others, but I'd rather build by house on stone than sand.
